India Tower (previously known as Park Hyatt Tower) is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Mumbai, Maharashtra and will be one of the tallest and greenest buildings in India once completed. It is set to be 301 meters, with a total of 60 floors and a gross area of 882,000 square feet (81,900 m2). It will be located at Marine Lines, just north of the city's historical district.
The skyscraper is designed by FXFOWLE as part of three-hotel luxury project being developed by Neelkamal Realtors - part of Dynamix Balwas Group - in conjunction with Hyatt hotels.
My opinion, that this Skyscraper so remind The City of Capitals in Moscow City. Design and architectural idea are very same.
